I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic as it’s just around the corner from major attractions like Checkpoint Charlie, making it really convenient for sightseeing. However, the rooms felt quite tired and there were cleanliness issues that I didn't expect. The service wasn’t very welcoming either, which definitely impacted my stay. Overall, it has great potential but needs some improvements.

The room was much smaller than I expected and showed signs of wear, with dirty marks and peeling paint. It had a decent TV and a good bathroom, but cleanliness was a concern.

I found the service to be quite harsh and not very welcoming. It was disappointing when they said it was too inconvenient to change rooms.

Dining options were a bit confusing but overall good. Breakfast came at 14 euros which I thought was fair for what was served.
Facilities

The hotel had a good location, just a short walk from the underground stations making it easy to explore Berlin. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they were situated above a restaurant that made them a bit noisy at times. The service left much to be desired, as I encountered unfriendliness from the staff, especially during late-night disturbances. Although the breakfast was decent, it lacked variety. Overall, it was a fair deal for the price, but the service issues really impacted my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to major attractions, which made exploring easy. However, the service was a letdown— I faced some issues with staff responsiveness and ended up dealing with noise disturbances during the night. The rooms were generally comfortable but could use a better cleaning regimen. Overall, it's a decent place but not without its flaws.

The service could have been better. The staff was kind, but I found them unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Plus, noise from other guests became quite disruptive late at night.

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the center of Mitte and close to many tourist attractions, which is definitely a big plus. I found the rooms to be fairly basic and a bit noisy, especially if you don’t manage to get a room at the back. The staff were generally friendly but had a couple of hiccups with service. Overall, it’s decent but not ideal for a quiet stay.
